We're Hiring Icecream Head Chef & Counter staff for our Sundaes Parlour & cafe.

Key Responsibilities for Head Chef include as follows :

  1. Create unique & premium icecream sundaes as per latest trends
  2. Expertise in preparing Gadbuds, Falooda, Fruit Salad & other evergreen sundaes
  3. Curating Milkshakes, Thickshakes, Mocktails & other beverages
  4. Training juniors & ensuring compliance with recipe SOPs and quality standards
  5. Preparing premium snacks like sandwiches, burgers & pizzas would be a plus
  6. Multitasking & efficient kitchen operations management


Key Responsibilities for Counter Boy / Girl :

  1. Scooping ice creams neatly with the desired weight as per SOP
  2. Packing & parceling the ice creams
  3. Handling the billing counter efficiently and managing the counter
  4. Welcoming customers with warmth and providing good hospitality
  5. Creating basic sundaes & toppings
  6. Ensuring cleanliness & hygiene at the front end of the counter
  7. Patience, kindness & good communication with customers.
