Job Description

Hiring an In-House Pharmacist for Cranberry.Fit's migraine care plans — you'll be the clinical backbone our members rely on for safe, effective care.

  • Review member prescriptions and flag drug interactions or contraindications
  • Counsel members on medication usage, dosage, and side effects over calls
  • Coordinate with treating doctors to clarify or adjust migraine treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate medication records and update member charts accordingly
  • Make outbound tele calls to members as needed for consultations and follow-ups

Requirements: 

  • B.Pharm/M Pharm 
  • Registered Pharmacy Licence is must
  • Immediate Joiner
