Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential property owners and customers.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and understand customer requirements.
  • Explain the company's property management services and benefits.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Convert interested leads into successful business deals.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the field sales team.
  • Maintain customer details and call records.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Fluency in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
  • Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
