Inside Sales Executive

1. Lead Qualification & Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound lead interactions. 

• Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and decision-making 

authority. 

• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM. 

• Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads. 

2. Customer Engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct introductory calls and product/service presentations. 

• Understand customer requirements and pain points. 

• Schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for sales executives. 

3. Lead Conversion Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Share qualified leads with complete requirement details. 

• Coordinate between prospects and sales team. 

• Track lead progress through the sales funnel. 

4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor competitor activities and pricing. 

• Collect customer feedback and market trends. 

• Share insights with management regularly. 

5. CRM & Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Update customer interactions in CRM. 

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 

• Track lead status and pipeline movement. 

6. Team Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales executives for meetings and follow-ups. 

• Support sales campaigns and lead generation initiatives. 

• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
