Key Responsibilities

* Connect with prospective students from a Science/Healthcare background and understand their career interests.

* Interact with prospects through calls and follow-ups to build strong professional relationships.

* Explain and promote the company’s courses and services to prospective students.

* Identify potential opportunities and work towards achieving monthly revenue and admission targets.

* Conduct meaningful discussions with students and guide them through the admission process.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into admissions.

* Contribute towards business growth and revenue generation in the EdTech sector.

Required Skills

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

* Strong time-management and organizational skills.

* Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
