Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls for customer inquiries.
  • Explain Apple repair services, pricing, and process clearly to customers.
  • Convert leads into confirmed customers through effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Coordinate with technicians and the operations team for smooth service flow.
  • Create quotations, invoices, and service updates for customers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer support with a professional and polite attitude.
  • Assist walk-in customers and guide them through services offered.
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.


📌 Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of phone/laptop repairs (added advantage but not mandatory).
  • Ability to handle customers professionally on calls & in person.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
