Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for customer inquiries.
- Explain Apple repair services, pricing, and process clearly to customers.
- Convert leads into confirmed customers through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with technicians and the operations team for smooth service flow.
- Create quotations, invoices, and service updates for customers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer support with a professional and polite attitude.
- Assist walk-in customers and guide them through services offered.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
📌 Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred).
- Basic knowledge of phone/laptop repairs (added advantage but not mandatory).
- Ability to handle customers professionally on calls & in person.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
