Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients in the US region.

Reach out to prospects via email, calls, and LinkedIn.

Understand client needs and introduce relevant IT solutions.

Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.

Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.

Qualifications:

Any Graduates preferably with interest in sales or IT.

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).

Willingness to work night shifts.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of IT/software services is a plus.
