About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Shadowfax. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, follow-ups, and sales conversion. Candidates with experience in B2C sales, logistics, e-commerce, or a target-driven sales environment will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
• Connect with potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Explain the company's services and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up with prospective clients to drive sales closures.
• Maintain and update lead databases, sales trackers, and CRM records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Strong follow-up skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or B2C sales will be an added advantage.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileImmediate joiners preferred.
