Job Description
Position: Insurance Advisor / Sales Executive
Work Mode: Field Work & Work From Home (WFH)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Both
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
💼 Job Responsibilities
Sell and promote life insurance products to customers.
Generate leads through personal contacts, referrals, and company-provided leads.
Explain insurance plans, benefits, premiums, and policies to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Field Work: Meet customers and conduct face-to-face meetings when required.
WFH: Connect with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
We provide training for both fresher and experienced candidates during onboarding.We offer comprehensive training for new joiners, whether freshers or experienced professionals.
