Interior Construction Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Interior Site Engineer with hands-on experience in residential construction finishing and interior works. The candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day site activities, supervising workers and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing projects within the planned schedule.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute residential interior finishing works from start to completion.
• Handle flooring, tiling, painting, putty, plastering, gypsum ceiling, carpentry, and other finishing activities.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and interior installation works.
• Read and interpret architectural, interior, and working drawings.
• Check site measurements, levels, alignment, dimensions, and finishing quality.
• Monitor material requirements, site deliveries, and material usage.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, architects, and project managers.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues, defects, and finishing-related problems.
• Track daily progress and prepare site reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and timely project completion.
• Conduct final inspections and coordinate snag-list closure before handover.
• Required SkillsHands-on knowledge of residential interior finishing works.
• Strong site supervision and contractor management skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction and interior drawings.
• Knowledge of finishing materials, measurements, and quality checks.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple finishing activities and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site reporting.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
