Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and furnish interior spaces for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate client requirements into functional and visually appealing interior designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.

  Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 2D/3D visualizations.

  Select and source materials, furniture, lighting, and décor.

  Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).

  Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for project execution.

  Ensure designs comply with safety, building codes, and regulations.

  Oversee site progress and ensure work aligns with design specifications.

  Revise designs based on client feedback and site conditions.

  Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

  Proven experience in interior design (portfolio required).

  Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.).

  Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, materials, and furnishings.

  Good understanding of budgeting and project timelines.
