Interior FitOut Site Supervisor

SREE CRAFT Interiors, Bengaluru is looking for an experienced Interior FitOut Site Supervisor for our Corporate/Commercial Office Interior projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out works at site.
• Coordinate carpenters, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, glass and other subcontractor teams.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions from the Project Engineer.
• Monitor labour attendance, productivity, quality and daily progress.
• Coordinate material requirements and avoid material shortages at site.
• Check workmanship and reduce rework and material wastage.
• Maintain site cleanliness and basic safety discipline.
• Send daily site progress updates, photos and manpower details.
• Support snag rectification and project handover.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of interior fit-out/site supervision experience preferred. Corporate/commercial office interior experience will be given preference. Diploma/degree is not mandatory; strong practical site experience is more important. Candidates should be willing to work at different project sites across Bengaluru.

Candidates with only road/infrastructure or general building construction experience and no interior fit-out exposure are not preferred.
