Interior Project Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and control of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Client Interaction: Establish excellent working relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure project specifications align with their vision.
• Budget Management: Develop project budgets and manage expenditures to ensure completion within budget constraints.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation plans to address them proactively.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams (including architects), and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work; address any issues promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide timely updates on project progress to stakeholders; manage expectations effectively.
• Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (e.g., Construction Management).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out or similar construction projects; experience in team management is advantageous.
