Interior Site Supervisor

An Interior Site supervisor  manages day-to-day on-site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring construction matches design plans, quality standards, and timelines. They coordinate contractors, supervise labours, manage materials, and solve technical issues to deliver residential or commercial projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Overseeing daily on-site work activities, managing subcontractors, and providing technical guidance to the construction team.
• Design Implementation: Interpreting architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of interior projects.
• Quality & Safety Control: Ensuring all fit-out work meets design specifications, material standards, and health/safety regulations.
• Project Monitoring: Tracking project progress against schedules, controlling costs, and managing material procurement.
• Reporting: Preparing daily or weekly progress reports to inform architects, designers, and clients. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
• Experience: Proven experience in interior site supervision, specifically with fit-out projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing drawings, and experience with MS Office.
• Skills: Strong communication, project management, and on-site problem-solving abilities. 

Common Job Requirements

• Knowledge of interior materials, construction sequences, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) layouts.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Strong focus on budget adherence and timeline management.
