Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor oversees daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. The role involves supervising site personnel, coordinating activities, maintaining site safety, and ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor daily progress and report to the project manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Maintain daily site records including attendance, materials, and activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce the use of safety equipment.
• Manage site logistics and material deliveries.
• Liaise with engineers, clients, and vendors as needed.
• Resolve on-site issues and delays promptly.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in construction or site management is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role in [industry – e.g., construction, civil works, etc.].
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards and local regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Basic computer proficiency (emails, reporting, MS Office, etc.).

Salary Offered:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

(Negotiable based on experience, project scope, and location)

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site role.
• May require working extra hours, weekends, or holidays depending on project needs.
• Exposure to outdoor and construction site environments.
