Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site execution for residential and commercial interior projects.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines, while coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day interior site activities.

Ensure execution is carried out as per approved designs, drawings, specifications, and measurements.

Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams, flooring contractors, fabricators, and other vendors.

Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used at site.

Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.

Read and understand 2D drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Identify site issues and coordinate with the design/project team for timely resolution.

Plan daily work activities and ensure adequate manpower and materials are available.

Monitor project progress against the agreed project schedule.

Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling at site.

Check quantities and material requirements and report shortages in advance.

Ensure proper sequencing of different trades to avoid delays and rework.

Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, measurements, and material records.

Take photographs and provide regular progress updates to the project team.

Coordinate with clients at site professionally and address routine site-related queries.

Ensure the site is maintained clean, organised, and safe throughout the project.

Identify defective or substandard work and ensure rectification.

Minimise material wastage and monitor proper utilisation of materials.

Assist the project manager in preparing work completion and snag lists.

Coordinate final finishing, snag rectification, and project handover.
