Interior Site Supervisor

 Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor / Project Managar to manage day-to-day interior project execution. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, labour management, material coordination, quality control, measurements, billing support, and ensuring projects are completed as per approved drawings and schedules.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & SupervisionSupervise day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites.
• Monitor carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, painting, false ceiling, civil, plumbing and other interior works.
• Ensure execution is carried out strictly as per approved drawings, designs and specifications.
• Check workmanship, finishing quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Coordinate different trades to ensure smooth workflow and avoid site clashes.
• 2. Measurements & BillingTake accurate site measurements for execution and billing purposes.
• Maintain daily work and labour measurement records.
• Verify contractor and vendor work quantities.
• Support the Project Manager/Accounts team in checking and processing contractor bills.
• 3. Labour & Team ManagementManage and coordinate carpenters, electricians, painters, civil workers, helpers and other site teams.
• Allocate daily tasks based on project priorities and schedules.
• Monitor labour productivity, attendance and work progress.
• Ensure proper discipline, safety and housekeeping at site.
• Identify manpower requirements in advance and coordinate with the office team.
• 4. Material ManagementPrepare and share daily/weekly material requirements in advance.
• Check available stock at site against BOQ and drawings.
• Raise material indents and coordinate with the office, factory and stores team.
• Receive and verify materials for quantity, quality and specifications.
• Maintain proper records of material received, consumed and balance stock.
• Immediately report shortages, damages or material mismatches.
• 5. Client, Vendor & Team CoordinationCoordinate with clients, designers, project managers, vendors and contractors.
• Communicate site requirements and execution updates clearly.
• Coordinate client approvals required for smooth execution.
• Identify site-level issues and take corrective action wherever possible.
• Escalate major technical, cost or schedule-related issues to the Project Manager.
• 6. Daily Reporting & Project TrackingSubmit daily site progress updates with photographs/videos.
• Share next-day work schedules and manpower requirements.
• Maintain records of completed, ongoing and pending activities.
• Track project timelines and immediately highlight potential delays.
• Ensure site activities are aligned with the overall project schedule.
• 7. Quality & SafetyEnsure execution quality meets company standards and approved designs.
• Conduct regular quality checks during different stages of execution.
• Ensure proper protection of finished works and materials.
• Maintain basic site safety, cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Report defects and ensure rectification before moving to the next stage.
• 🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in interior execution / residential / commercial interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior execution and site drawings.
• Good understanding of carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, painting, civil and other interior works.
• Experience in site measurements, quantity checking and contractor/vendor billing.
• Good knowledge of material handling, BOQ and site requirements.
• Strong labour and subcontractor management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and interior detailing.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities at the same time.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
