Internal Audit & MIS Manager

Key Responsibilities

Internal Auditing & Compliance

·        Audit Execution: Plan, implement, and manage internal audit programs covering financial, operational, and compliance risks.

·        Process Review: Evaluate inventory management, supply chain, procurement, and waste management processes specific to the food industry.

·        Risk Assessment: Identify internal control gaps, operational inefficiencies, or revenue leakages, and recommend corrective actions.

·        Compliance Checks: Ensure full adherence to statutory financial regulations and food industry compliance standards.

MIS Reporting & Data Analysis

·        Report Preparation: Design and deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly Management Information System (MIS) reports.

·        Executive Summaries: Present clear financial summaries and actionable data insights directly to the Managing Director.

·        Budgeting Support: Assist the leadership team in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.

Required Qualifications and Skills

·        Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in internal auditing and MIS preparation, preferably within the food, retail, or FMCG sectors.

·        Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA Finance is a plus).

·        Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).

·        Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
