About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executives to join our Dubai Debt Management process from India. The role involves speaking with customers in the UAE who are facing challenges with credit card payments, personal loans, EMIs, or other financial liabilities and explaining suitable debt management solutions.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling customers with financial concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with UAE customers.

Understand the customer's financial situation, liabilities, and requirements.

Explain the company's debt management services clearly and professionally.

Convert qualified enquiries and leads into customers.

Follow up consistently with interested customers.

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Coordinate with Presales and Customer Service teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Ensure customers receive accurate information about the services and process.

Maintain professional communication and high customer-service standards.

Candidate Requirements

Strong spoken English communication skills.

1–5 years of experience in sales, telecalling, banking, financial services, insurance, or similar fields preferred.

UAE/Dubai sales experience will be an advantage.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Target-oriented and highly motivated to earn incentives.

Ability to build trust with customers over the phone.

Comfortable working with daily and monthly sales targets.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Willingness to work according to UAE business hours.
