Job Description

 

* Handle customer queries via Voice.

* Provide customer support to end users.

* Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.

* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Escalate issues when required and follow SLA guidelines.

* Document interactions and update support systems.

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Experience in Customer Support,Voice Process

* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered (depending on process requirements).
