Invoice Executive

Job DescriptionInvoicing: Preparing and raising invoices, and ensuring invoices are sent on time

Data management: Maintaining invoice databases, and ensuring data integrity

Communication: Handling client queries about invoices and payments, and communicating with vendors and internal departments

Reporting: Preparing invoice-related reports, and generating MIS and control reports

Quality assurance: Performing regular quality assurance checks on the invoice database

Process management: Managing the invoice processing end-to-end, from receipt to payment

Payment management: Creating and maintaining a payment system, and ensuring funds are available when payment is due

Vendor management: Managing relationships with vendors, and handling queries from suppliers

Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of invoices and payments

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and regulatory changes
