Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for Windows laptops/desktops and MacBooks, including hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Supporting software & hardware procurement for the end users.
  • Managing software licenses to support gaming projects.
  • Manage and support corporate IT projects, including system rollouts, upgrades, migrations, onboarding setups, and workplace IT initiatives.
  • Familiar with MS 365 apps & hands on Microsoft Intune enrolment, configuration, and basic policy/device management for enterprise endpoints.
  • Manage IT assets through company provided tool, including asset tagging, inventory tracking, allocation, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Support users with troubleshooting related to email, collaboration tools, VPN, printers, peripherals, and endpoint security tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution, project execution, and uploading IT goods and service invoices in Concur.
  • Maintain documentation for IT processes, asset records, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures.
  • Provide basic support and coordination for cloud infrastructure and AWS account-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational best practices.
