Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for employees/candidates.
- Explain concepts clearly and assist trainees with their learning.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Prepare and organize training materials and activities.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Coordinate with the HR/management team regarding training requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train and motivate candidates.
- Basic computer knowledge.
