Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Jewelry Consultant to join our team. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice, and building strong relationships with clients to help them find the perfect jewelry piece. Your passion for fine jewelry and ability to understand clients' needs will make you a trusted advisor, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on jewelry selection, quality, and styling
- Build rapport with Customers, understanding their preferences, and making personalized recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, designer collections, and product knowledge
- Maintain a thorough understanding of jewelry materials, craftsmanship, and pricing
- Offer exceptional customer service, resolving any concerns or issues
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to store performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Maintain store displays, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
