• Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Explain jewellery designs, collections, prices, and product features.
• Assist customers in selecting gold, silver, diamond, or imitation jewellery.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and attractive.
• Support billing, sales transactions, and daily sales reporting.
• Build good customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain jewellery stock and follow showroom security procedures.
• RequirementsFemale candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Jewellery retail experience is an advantage; freshers are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
