Junior Accountant

Job Description – Warehouse Executive (B2B / Senior)Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage inward (receiving) and outward (dispatch) of goods.
2. Load and unload shipments, check items against packing lists or orders.
3. Count and update inventory regularly to maintain accuracy.
4. Pack and sort orders ready for shipment.
5. Ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.
6. Supervise team members in daily warehouse tasks.
7. Prepare and maintain data reports related to inventory and shipments.
8. Coordinate with sales/order teams for order management.
9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
10. Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays to management.
