Job Description

Role: Junior Bakery Chef

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Make breads, desserts and ice creams as per defined recipes and production plan.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure consistent product quality, portion consistency, and aesthetic presentation
  • Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • High School graduate
  • Technical education in hospitality or culinary school preferred
  • 2-3 years total work experience, with 6-12 months in pastry/bakery department. 
  • Possess a valid health certificate
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and quality managemen
  • Willingness to learn specialized ice cream production techniques
