Job Description
WE'RE HIRING – KITCHEN MANAGER
Requirements
- Previous experience in kitchen management or supervision is mandatory.
- Monitor customer orders (KOTs) and ensure accurate, timely food dispatch.
- Ensure all food is served hot, fresh and meets quality standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Monitor food wastage, stock levels and inventory.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork and discipline.
Working Hours
- 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Break: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- 6 days a week
