Job Description
A Kitchen Steward Supervisor (KST Supervisor) at Theobroma Foodsmanages cleanliness, hygiene standards, and stewarding inventory across kitchen outlet
Role & Responsibilities
- Shift Briefings: Conduct daily team briefings at the start of every shift. [1]
- Inventory Control: Maintain proper inventory of kitchen stewarding equipment, materials, cleaning chemicals, and tools issued from the store. [1]
- Supervision of Cleaning: Oversee cleaning of floors, kitchen areas, drainages, sinks, and utensils, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. [1]
- Cutlery & Crockery Care: Supervise wiping, drying, and washing processes for all outlet cutlery and crockery. [1]
- Floor Maintenance: Ensure regular wet and dry mopping of kitchen floors as operational needs require. [1]
Job Requirements & Compensation
- Experience: Typically requires 3 to 7 years of relevant hospitality or food service cleaning/stewarding experience.
- Salary Range: Generally ranges between ₹1.5 Lakhs to ₹3.75 Lakhs per annum depending on the city and experience
