Lead Generation Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, business directories, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and market research. • Client Acquisition: Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching recruitment solutions to negotiating commercial terms and onboarding new clients.

• Lead Nurturing: Follow up through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to convert prospects into active clients.

• Market Research: Identify companies with active hiring requirements, monitor market trends, and explore new business opportunities.

• Client Relationships: Build relationships with HR professionals, Talent Acquisition Heads, and decision-makers to generate repeat business.

• Sales Reporting: Maintain an updated lead database, track the sales pipeline, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Target Achievement: Meet assigned targets for client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation; recruitment, staffing, or HR services experience is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Excel, job portals, and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to convert prospects into long-term clients.
