Manager

The Hospital Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of patient care, and supporting NABH accreditation processes. The role requires strong coordination between clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth hospital functioning.

• Key Responsibilities1. Hospital Operations ManagementManage day-to-day hospital operations (OPD, IPD, therapy units, diagnostics, pharmacy)
• Ensure smooth patient flow and minimal waiting time
• Coordinate between doctors, therapists, nurses, and front office
• 2. Patient Care & ExperienceEnsure high standards of patient service and satisfaction
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
• Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements
• 3. NABH Compliance & QualitySupport NABH accreditation and ensure adherence to standards
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and departmental protocols
• Conduct internal audits and ensure quality improvement initiatives
• 4. Staff Supervision & HR CoordinationSupervise administrative and support staff
• Ensure duty rosters, attendance, and discipline are maintained
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
• 5. Billing & Revenue CoordinationOversee billing, cash handling, and daily collections
• Ensure accuracy in billing and coordination with insurance/TPA
• Monitor revenue leakage and improve operational efficiency
• 6. Inventory & Facility ManagementMonitor stock levels of medicines, consumables, and equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall facility standards
• 7. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (OPD, IPD, revenue, etc.)
• Maintain records as per hospital policies and NABH requirements
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration
• Master’s (MHA/MBA Healthcare) preferred
• Experience3–7 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations
• Experience in NABH-accredited hospital preferred
