Job Description
DigiRaita is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead marketing strategies, manage digital and field marketing teams, and drive business growth across Karnataka. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing field marketing executives, increasing registrations of farmers, agricultural labourers, machinery owners, and agro stores, developing strategic partnerships, planning promotional campaigns, managing social media and influencer marketing, monitoring team performance, and achieving monthly business targets. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and business development skills, with relevant experience. Experience in agriculture, rural marketing, or technology platforms and proficiency in Kannada and English will be preferred.
