🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into gym memberships.
• Handle enquiries from walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online leads.
• Understand customer fitness requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
• Conduct gym tours and explain facilities, programs, and membership benefits.
• Follow up with prospective members and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales targets.
• Drive membership renewals and reactivations.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective members.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
• Coordinate with Personal Trainers and the Center Manager to improve member experience.
• Participate in local marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for every customer.
• Submit daily sales reports to the respective cluster teams by the end of the day.

👤 Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Customer Relationship / Fitness Industry.
• Experience in gym or fitness membership sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Confident personality with a customer-first approach.
• Passion or interest in fitness and wellness is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
