Job Description – Textile Merchandiser

*Salary:* ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

### Job Responsibilities

* Handle the complete merchandising process from **order placement to final delivery**.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers and internal production teams.

* Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of orders.

* Handle **product coordination, sampling, costing and order follow-ups**.

* Follow up with vendors and production teams regarding materials, production schedules and delivery timelines.

* Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories and other materials required for uniform manufacturing.

* Maintain order details, purchase records, production updates and delivery schedules.

* Ensure products are manufactured according to client specifications and quality requirements.

* Handle client/vendor queries and resolve order-related issues promptly.

* Track multiple orders simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

* Prepare regular merchandising and order status reports.

### Candidate Requirements

* 2–3 years of relevant experience in **Textile Merchandising / Garment Merchandising / Uniform Manufacturing**.

* Strong knowledge of textiles, fabrics and garment/uniform production.

* Good experience in **merchandising and product coordination**.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to confidently handle **vendor and client interactions**.

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

* Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.

* Proficiency in **MS Excel** and basic computer applications is preferred.

* Candidates with experience in a **uniform manufacturing or textile company** will be preferred.
