• Job Location – Bangalore ( west - north - east )

• Working Hours - 11:00 AM, 9 hours shift, Monday to Saturday

Mandatory Prerequisite: -

• Working 2-Wheeler (bike or Scooter) with valid Driving License

• Working Smartphone

• Min 21 yrs of legal age

• Agreement on the Working Hours and Geo Coverage (30-40 KMS per DAY)

• Bag for carrying merchandising material

• Understanding on the Alco-Bev Retail Channel

Role Objective

The key objective of the Assistant Brand Promoter is to ensure brand visibility, merchandising, product placement and sales

support across assigned On-Trade and Off-Trade outlets while ensuring execution as per the company's planogram and visibility

guidelines. Ensuring brand visibility and executing merchandising across assigned On-Trade and Off-Trade outlets. Managing

product placement and providing sales support. Adhering strictly to the company's planogram and visibility guidelines during

execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned On-Trade and Off-Trade Beer outlets on a daily basis.

• Cover approximately 10–12 outlets per day as per the assigned route/plan.

• Check the availability and visibility of company posters, banners and other branding assets at the outlet.

• Install/setup posters, banners and other approved visibility materials wherever required.

• Ensure proper brand visibility as per the company guidelines and planogram.

• Check company product placement inside the outlet and support merchandising wherever required.

• Ensure products are properly arranged and visible as per the approved planogram.

• Support the outlet in improving product visibility and sales.

• Observe competitor brands, product placement and market visibility and share relevant feedback.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of company branding/product displays.

• Complete daily outlet visits and execution reporting through the mobile application.

• Support the team in achieving assigned sales and visibility objectives.

• Basic understanding of sales and merchandising.

• Ability to work in the field and visit multiple outlets daily.

• Basic smartphone/mobile application knowledge.

• Good observation and execution skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory minimum 30KMS daily

Compensation

• Salary CTC Up to INR. 29000 per month

• Travel Allowance INR. 175 per day for working day
