Meta Ads & Googe Ads

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions.
• Set up and manage campaign objectives, audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, placements, and retargeting.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate, and cost per result.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results and reduce acquisition costs.
• Set up and monitor tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Coordinate with the creative and social media teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, and copy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
• Research competitors, identify market opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Manage multiple client accounts and communicate campaign progress, challenges, and results to the internal team.
