MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle procurement of materials, housekeeping consumables, engineering spares, tools, and other operational requirements.
2. Obtain quotations from vendors, compare prices, negotiate rates, and prepare purchase orders.
3. Coordinate with vendors and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
4. Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and inward/outward material entries.
5. Verify the quantity and quality of materials received against purchase orders and invoices.
6. Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
7. Ensure proper storage, identification, and systematic arrangement of materials.
8. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
9. Maintain purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and other procurement documents.
10. Track material consumption, stock movement, and procurement expenses.
11. Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requests and maintain proper records.
12. Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations teams for invoice verification and payment processing.
13. Prepare MIS reports on procurement, inventory, stock consumption, and pending orders.
14. Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and approval requirements.
