Job Description

An MIS Executive is responsible for handling administrative operations and managing Management Information System (MIS) reports for the organization. The role involves maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating office activities, and supporting management with accurate data analysis and documentation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate reports using Advanced Excel and other MIS tools.
  • Create dashboards, charts, and presentations for management by using Google Sheets.
  • Manage daily office administration activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
