MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities :

MIS & Reporting

 Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.  Track and report agent-wise, city-wise, and process-wise performance across Seller Success, Retail, and Revenue operations.  Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, SLA adherence, and target achievement.  Perform Target vs. Achievement analysis and publish business performance reports.

Business Analytics

 Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.  Monitor funnel health across Lead → Inspection → Listing → ATV → Visit → Retail and recommend corrective actions.  Support monthly forecasting, capacity planning, and manpower planning.  Generate business insights and ad-hoc analysis for leadership reviews.

Dashboard & Automation

 Build and maintain automated dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.  Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort.  Partner with Product and CRM teams to improve reporting and data visibility.

Performance Management

 Prepare agent and Team Leader performance scorecards.  Calculate and validate monthly incentive payouts.  Publish early warning reports for SLA breaches, KPI deviations, and operational risks.
