Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales division across all regions. In this leadership role, you will oversee Regional Sales Managers and executives, expand and optimize our distributor network, deliver sales forecasts, and ensure healthy financial operations through efficient collection management.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Performance: Direct, mentor, and performance-manage nationwide teams of Regional Managers and Sales Executives to meet revenue targets.
• Distributor Network Management: Appoint, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key channel partners to maximize reach.
• Sales Forecasting & Planning: Develop data-backed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections aligned with market trends and inventory needs.
• Financial & Payment Operations: Enforce credit policies and payment collections.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in sales with at least 3+ years in a national or multi-regional leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Skills: Proven track record in channel distribution, demand forecasting, financial risk management, and team building.
