Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to configure networking devices, support customer installations, and help our field sales team deliver product demos across Bangalore.


Responsibilities

  • Set up routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and SD-WAN appliances.
  • Configure LAN/WAN connections, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and basic firewall rules.
  • Prepare demo equipment and assist sales teams during customer visits and proof-of-concept deployments.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues remotely and on-site.
  • Monitor network health, handle support tickets, and escalate issues to engineering.
  • Maintain installation checklists, network diagrams, and equipment inventory.

Requirements

  • Practical understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, NAT, VLANs, and VPNs.
  • Comfortable using Linux basics, SSH, ping, traceroute, and network diagnostic tools.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to travel locally for installations and demos.
  • Diploma or degree in IT, computer science, electronics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • CCNA, MikroTik, firewall, or CCTV/IP-camera experience is a plus.


Ideal candidate: Someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, can independently set up a small office network, and confidently support customers and sales teams.
