Job Description
Coordinate non-last-mile logistics operations, including inter-city and warehouse-to-warehouse movement of goods. ● Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments from warehouses / FCs. ● Coordinate with transporters, logistics vendors, warehouses, and internal stakeholders for smooth movement of shipments. ● Track vehicle and shipment movement and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery. ● Monitor vehicle placement, loading, unloading, and transit status. ● Ensure proper documentation, PODs, invoices, e-way bills, and shipment records are maintained. ● Identify and resolve operational issues such as vehicle delays, shipment discrepancies, damages, and shortages. ● Maintain daily logistics MIS and prepare reports on dispatches, vehicle utilization, transit timelines, and exceptions.
