Working Days: 6 Days a Week – Saturday WFH

• Contract & Permanent OpportunityThis position will initially be on 3rd-party contract payroll with ScaleneWorks Solutions LLP for 3 months.
• Based on performance during the contract period, candidates may be offered a permanent position with Shadowfax Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• Candidates looking for a long-term career opportunity in recruitment are preferred.
• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
• EligibilityExperience: 6 Months to 2 Years in Recruitment/HR Recruitment.
• Candidates with experience in Non-IT recruitment will be preferred.
• Hindi + English proficiency is mandatory.
• Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
• Saturday will be Work From Home (WFH).
• Candidates should be open to an initial 3-month third-party payroll contract with an opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
