Office Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, organised, and proactive Office Assistant / Admin Executive to support our office administration, customer coordination, quotation follow-up, and project support activities. This role is ideal for someone who can handle communication, documentation, and coordination with discipline and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, client enquiries, and front-office coordination.

Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and support sales coordination.

Handle emails, WhatsApp communication, and office correspondence.

Maintain records, registers, data entry, and filing systems.

Support scheduling of site visits, labour coordination, and office follow-up.

Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, and internal teams.

Assist management in daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile

Good spoken and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, Word, email, and data entry.

Strong follow-up ability and organised working style.

Pleasant personality with professional behaviour.

Candidates with office administration, back office, customer coordination, or construction support experience will be preferred.
