This role has responsibilities that include:

• Ordering & maintaining the store inventory for the outlet.
• Managing in-coming online orders, dispatching the items correctly and on-time. Online menu management.
• Maintaining defined standards for hygiene, food packaging, wastage control, documentation and other defined processes.
• Managing logistics for all B2B, corporate, catering, birthday, special orders, etc.
• Receiving and inventory management.
• Managing housekeeping, pest control and general upkeep of the premises.
• In-charge of all administrative and infra related issues like water, electricity, DG, gas, equipment maintenance, etc.

Knowledge of English, Hindi and Kannada (preferred).
