Job Description

  • Manage daily operations from dog check-in to check-out.
  • Schedule and coordinate boarding, bathing, grooming, swimming and pickup/drop.
  • Handle customer requirements and coordinate through WhatsApp groups.
  • Maintain and update daily operations in Google Sheets/spreadsheets.
  • Assign and monitor work for caretakers, groomers, drivers and other staff.
  • Monitor daily activities and ensure scheduled work is completed on time.
  • Handle day-to-day operational issues and provide quick solutions.
  • Coordinate between customers, staff and management.
