Parent Relationship Manager (PRM)

Location: PAN India (Training Location followed by Branch Deployment)

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our Parent Relationship Management team and build expertise in customer engagement, admissions, stakeholder management, and business development.
Job Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
* Guide parents throughout the student admission process.
* Handle admission-related inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
* Manage leads from digital campaigns, referrals, events, and walk-ins.
* Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents.
* Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions.
* Follow up with leads to improve admission conversions.
* Support branch admission and business development targets.
* Participate in marketing and promotional events.
* Resolve parent concerns by coordinating with academic and administrative teams.
* Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM.
* Track conversion metrics and prepare regular reports.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Academic, and Leadership teams to enhance the admission experience.
Leadership Development Program (90 Days)
Selected candidates will undergo structured training covering:
* School Operations & Administration
* Admissions & Business Development
* Parent Relationship Management
* Financial Management & Collections
* HR Operations & Team Management
* Transport & Facility Management
* Leadership & Stakeholder Management
* Business Analytics & Performance Management
Eligibility
* Female candidates only.
* B.Tech, MBA, or any Undergraduate Degree.
* 2025 & 2026 pass-out batches.
* All branches eligible.
