About the Company

We are looking for energetic Parent Relationship Officers to support our admissions team by generating quality leads through field marketing and community engagement initiatives. 

Job Responsibilities

* Conduct field marketing activities in apartments, gated communities, parks, malls, and residential areas.

* Generate quality admission leads by collecting contact details of prospective parents.

* Organize and participate in weekend promotional events.

* Represent the school professionally during outreach activities.

* Upload collected leads accurately into the CRM/portal.

* Maintain daily activity records and ensure data accuracy.

* Coordinate with the admissions team to support lead conversion.

* Explain the school’s curriculum, facilities, and unique offerings to prospective parents.

* Address basic admission-related queries.

* Build trust with families through a professional and customer-focused approach. 

Eligibility

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. 

Skills Required

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident and outgoing personality.

* Ability to engage with parents and build strong relationships.

* Target-oriented mindset.

* Willingness to work extensively in the field.

* Basic computer knowledge for CRM and portal updates. 

Work Schedule

* 6-day work week.

* Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.

* One weekday will be provided as the weekly off.
