Job Title: Bus Captain/Bus Travel Executive

Hiring for Mahalakshmi Layout, Bangalore

Also hiring for other locations: Hebbal ( basic or fluent in Tamil)

For whitefield, Madiwala, Majestic and ( basic communication slills in Telugu or Tamil required)

Chandapura locations ( Basic Telugu or Hindi communication skills are required

Shift Type: Full-time (Night Shifts)

Shift Timing: AC sleeper Coach Bus Starts after 7 PM and last bus leaves at 11pm; Return in the morning (12-14 hours round trip)

Example: Login at 10 PM and return by 10 AM/11 AM next day morning

( 6+ 6 up and down journey, not required to travel other state, travel only half distance of the journey and return next day morning. )

Language Requirements: Must speak good English.

• English + Tamil: 10 Openings
• Telugu + English: 10 Openings
• kannada+English: 5 openings
• Hindi+ Kannada: 5 Openings
• Kannada with basic Telugu or Tamil manageable can also apply ( 10 openings )

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage spot bookings. ( Incentives Paid )
• Convince passengers to purchase return journey tickets ( Incentives Paid for ticket sold )
• Collect feedback, ratings, and reviews from passengers ( incentives on feedback collection)
• Maintain accurate daily accounts.
• Travel long distances overnight (12-14 hours round trip) and return to the starting point in the morning.
• Coordinate with bus drivers and cleaning staff.

Requirements:

• Age: 18-33 years (Male candidates only)
• Education: Minimum 12th, or any diploma, or equivalent (Intermediate, degree and PG holders are welcome)
• Availability: Ability to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Key Skills: Traveling, customer service, hospitality, sales knowledge, and persuasive skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: ₹15,000/month take-home after deductions.
• Experienced Candidates: Min 6 months - 6 years in any sales or customer support or Travel, Hotel Industry or working as Supervisor, Front office/Admin Executive or Guest Relations, Shift Inchare can apply ₹16,000 - ₹20,000/month take home.
• Stay Bonus 12000 total paid in 3 instalments after finishing every 2 months 4000/-
• Incentives: Attractive incentives ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹10,000/month for selling return journey tickets, spot ticket bookings and for collecting feeback,
