Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loans (Salaried Segment)
  • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and loan disbursement
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases
  • Coordinate with sales teams, dealer partners, and backend operations for successful closures
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Stay updated on company policies, product features, and market trends
